I can't believe the series left us on an actual cliffhanger. The complete unfolding of their backstories was depressing. But it makes sense, it makes total sense why Ryang-ha latched on Chateau the way he did and I'm glad they're reunited in full. Too bad we might not ever see what happens next. Hoping for another season! 🤞

Same. I need more Dark-Haired Assassin Hazama (Ryang-ha) & Saber with a glock (Chataeu) in my life.

Also we need to find out what became of the human Waddle Dee known as Tom.

i really wish there was more romantic interaction between the two. like i really just watched a whole season and no kiss. nonetheless, i really enjoyed this anime, cant wait for the rest. i rate this 8/10

I don't think there's a romance in this anime until this last episode. Although, I think Chateau is getting some feelings for Ryang. Since we all know that in the past episodes they are not flirting nor have feelings for each other.

I noticed how each of their younger selves reminded me of Ken Kaneki and Jeane d Arc from Fate/Apocrypha (probably coz of how her hair was fixed and braded)

Great story btw except that cliffhanger at the end. Season 2 is a must!

God damn after watching 11 episodes they finally huged but i mean that's not even a realy hug he is just comforting her

So what I'm getting at is Chateau & Ryang-Ha's relationship stems from the former's repressed EMOTIONAL D A M A G E? Wow... that's both surprising and depressing at the same time. Happy they finally reunited since that dark time.

Chateau: "What compensation could he possibly want that isn't money?"
Me: "Think really hard on that Chateau... Do you need a hint?"

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. Wasn't spotless, but I really liked it. Especially Chateau & Ryang-Ha! I need S2 ASAP!! We need to find out what happened to poor Tom after that Nico took him hostage.

Also two things:
1. Really liked the cast in this dub. Wanted to look them up on BTVA, but no info yet...
2. Midnight Dancer has NO right to be an absolute banger of an OP as it should. I can't stop jamming to it!
